• Level 1 support provides installation and maintenance of one or more Linux servers, which is the most critical starting point when building a corporate IT infrastructure.
• Level 2 support provides Linux installation on desktop and laptop computers, such as those utilized by both administrative staff and medical personnel.
• Level 3 support provides Linux installation on tablet and mobile platforms, such as those utilized by a physician while treating patients.

service 2: Custom Software Development

Evince offers programming services to create custom components for the Evince physician software. Existing features may be expanded or modified according to the customer's needs, and new software features may be developed from scratch.

service 3: Custom Template Design

Evince offers customers the ability to conceive and request new designs for physician software disease templates, including both basic static templates and dynamic record-driven templates.

service 4: White Label Software

This professional service provides Evince customers with a copy of the physician or patient software devoid of all identifying Evince logos or text, as well as the optional legal ability to resell licenses to other end-users. A large medical group may choose to replace the Evince branding with their own corporate identity, or a small software sales group may wish to resell the Evince software within a niche vertical market.

service 5:Offsite backup services

Evince offers customers the peace-of-mind which comes with knowing their sensitive medical data is safely and securely backed up at multiple offsite locations. Secondarily, customers may choose to implement an on-site network-attached storage (NAS) backup device. Also, customer data may optionally be delivered to their location-of-choice on physical hard-drive disks, providing an additional on-hand copy of critical corporate data in case of an emergency.
